Products - Render Basecoats

The following render basecoats are available from Knauf Marmorit:-

SM300 A mineral based adhesive and basecoat for use with Warm Wall Systems

SM700 A genuine multi-functional render that can be used in a large range of applications developed with special textile fibres, high adhesion and strength

SM700 PRO - SM700 PRO can be used in a large range of applications, in white and a limited range of colours from the PRO colour range, for a true through colour render

UP210 A modified sand - cement basecoat that can be applied by hand or machine up to 35mm in thickness, also available in a plinth grade formula for use below dpc level

LUP222 - Cementitious based render that contains polystyrene to give it a better thermal performance, ideal for mixed masonry substrates

mak3 - Traditional lime based mineral through coloured render used as a scratched finish

Presto - Through coloured lime based render used as a scratched finish or a basecoat for Marmorit top coat render finishes to provide a through coloured render only basecoat

UP310 - Plinth grade render for use with UP210

Sockel SM - Plinth render for use with brick slips and below dpc

Sockel LUP - Plinth grade render for use with LUP222

Sockel Dicht - Flexible waterproof render to be used below ground
