Marmorit 400mm Polystyrene Warm Wall Insulation used on New De Vere Hotel

The New 120 bedroom De Vere Hotel at Elstree is the first in the UK to use 400mm Marmorit Warm Wall Insulation for the external wall areas. EPR Architects and Kier Regional have used the extensive Marmorit product range to form piers on the face of the building using 400mm, 340mm and 300mm thickness Warm Wall Insulation.

Marmorit are the only manufacturer in the United Kingdom to offer up to 400mm thickness Polystyrene and Mineral Fibre external wall insulation boards as standard and are certificated by Passivhaus as a company that can provide a quality system to help meet minimum energy consumption.

Using the Warm Wall Insulation system from Marmorit can achieve a U Value as low as 0.08 W/m²K.
