Bridge House Inverness wins Humber Salver

At this year's FPDC's Plaisterers Trophy held at The Plaisterers Livery Hall, London, Ian Gracie Specialist Contractors walked away with the Humber Salver for the rendering transformation of this 1970's office block. Once described as 'One of Britain's worst buildings' the development has been turned into 33 superb one and two bedroom apartments.

A typical construction of the period which included full height projecting concrete columns with exposed infill panels was uniformed by installing the Marmorit Rail System allowing for a completely level plane to the facade.

Marmorit's technical team worked closely with Morrison Construction and Ian Gracie Specialist Contractors to ensure that the complications that the existing building presented were overcome.
